Details: History: Founded in 1954 in Guangzhou, China, Pearl River is the world’s largest piano manufacturer, producing over 100,000 pianos annually. The company has more than 1.3 million square feet of manufacturing space and a workforce of over 4,000 employees. Recently, their pianos were redesigned by Swiss piano expert Lothar Thomma. Pearl River is the first piano factory in China to receive ISO 9001 certification for quality control systems and, more recently, ISO 14001 certification for environmental management systems compliance.
