Piano warranty
Your piano purchased from Piano Expert is covered by a warranty on its mechanical components (action, hammers, tuning pins and other internal components) and structural components (soundboard, bridges and frame) if a defect appears despite normal use.
Warranty conditions
The warranty is valid when the piano is properly maintained and kept in suitable conditions:
- A stable environment between 40% and 50% relative humidity;
- No direct exposure to heat sources, sunlight or excessive humidity;
- A tuning every one to two years by a qualified technician, even if the instrument is rarely used;
- No modifications or repairs by a technician who is not authorized by Piano Expert.
Exclusions
The warranty excludes damage caused by an accident, impact, disaster, improper use or an animal.
