Your personal information

When you complete a form, we collect the information you provide: contact details, details of your request and, depending on the service, addresses and photos of your piano or access routes. We use it to answer your request, prepare an estimate, arrange the service and follow up. Avoid including sensitive information or identifiable people in your photos.

Services needed for the website

Hosting and technical form processing use Sites and Cloudflare services. Form emails are sent through Resend and received in our Google mailbox. For transport, Google Places suggests and verifies addresses; geographic information helps identify the neighbourhood and borough. These services may process information outside Quebec.

Cookies and preferences

Essential functions, such as your language and consent preferences, remain available. Your consent choice is stored in this browser for six months. Optional audience measurement tools and external content are disabled until you accept them. Refusing these tools does not prevent you from browsing our pianos or submitting a form.

Audience measurement: Google Analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics helps us understand visits to our website pages. It may use cookies and receive technical information about your browser and visit. We do not send your form content to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

Maps, reviews and social media

Google Maps and Trustindex widgets load only with your consent to external content. They may receive your IP address and browser information. The Instagram feed provided by Trustindex also loads with your consent to external content. Without this consent, Instagram previews hosted on our website remain visible without connecting to Instagram. If you follow a link to Instagram, Facebook, Messenger or YouTube, those platforms’ privacy practices apply. Website fonts are provided by Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them.

Retention and access

We limit access to information to the people and providers who need it to process your request. Information is retained for the time needed to follow up on your request, provide services and meet applicable obligations. Private photo links sent in emails expire after 30 days; this expiration does not delete copies contained in emails.

Your choices and requests

You can change or withdraw consent to optional tools at any time using the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of each page. To request access to your information, a correction, deletion where possible or withdrawal of consent, contact Piano Expert. Identity verification may be needed to protect your information.
