Year: 2017

Origin: Japan

Dimensions: Height: 131 cm · Width: 153 cm · Depth: 65 cm

Details:

Finding a 2017 Yamaha U3 on the used market is an uncommon opportunity. This recent instrument offers a model known for its power, projection and precise action.

Its large soundboard gives the sound breadth. The U3’s floating support system allows the soundboard to vibrate more freely, enriching the bass and middle registers. The Yamaha action responds precisely, from delicate playing to more powerful passages.

This is a piano to explore for an advanced student or a pianist seeking generous power and fine dynamic control in an upright. Try it by appointment in Lévis.

Strengths:

A rare used-market opportunity: a Yamaha U3 as recent as 2017.
A full sound and generous projection from its large soundboard.
Richer bass and middle registers thanks to the U3’s floating support system.
A precise, responsive action for controlling dynamics and contrasts.

An ideal piano for:

Advanced students seeking an instrument to support their continued progress.
Pianists seeking power and tonal richness in an upright piano.
